Does my customer need an account?
No. They open your page, build it and read you a code. We never ask them for an email, a card or a password.
Where does their video live?
Only for as long as it needs to. A request nobody activates is deleted, video and picture, within 24 hours.
What exactly do I print?
A picture file we make: their picture with a slim MANZAR strip along the bottom carrying that keepsake's own scan code. Print it as it comes; the strip is part of what the camera recognises.
How long does an activated keepsake last?
There is no renewal and no end date. That is what an activation buys.
What if I run out of activations mid-day?
Requests keep arriving in your queue and wait until you top up. Nothing is lost.
Does it cost anything to open a counter?
No. Your page, your queue and the print files cost nothing to set up. You pay when you start activating.
